About the Role
As a Home Health Community Liaison, you'll build and maintain relationships with referral sources, negotiate service contracts, and represent Buena Vista in the community. Your efforts will help patients access the care they need while driving growth for our agency.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, case managers, social workers, and other healthcare professionals
  • Conduct visits to referral sources and identify patients appropriate for home health services
  • Represent Buena Vista at health fairs and community events
  • Create and execute marketing plans to meet volume goals
  • Monitor market trends, payer sources, and competitor positioning
  • Build positive perceptions of Buena Vista as a high-quality provider
  • Assist customers in accessing community resources when needed

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • 3+ years of healthcare business development experience
  • Established relationships with local physician offices (a plus)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and market trends
