At Via 313, our Assistant Managers are hands-on leaders who help create unforgettable guest experiences while developing great teams and driving restaurant performance.

You'll work alongside your management team to lead daily operations, coach team members, maintain operational excellence, and ensure every guest receives the hospitality we're known for.
