About The Role

Bohler’s Westborough, MA office is seeking an Entry Level Civil Engineer (Land Development) who is eager to learn, grow, and make a positive impact. In this role, you will work closely with engineers, designers, and project managers to bring exciting land development projects to life, including site planning, grading, utilities, and stormwater management. You will contribute to projects for well‑known brands across commercial, residential, and mixed‑use markets, all while laying the groundwork for a rewarding engineering career.

What You’ll Do
  • Work on a variety of land development projects, including commercial, residential, industrial, and mixed‑use sites
  • Partner with experienced engineers and mentors to learn every stage of site design, from concept through construction
  • Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to create site layouts, grading plans, and utility designs
  • Research and interpret design manuals, zoning ordinances, and jurisdictional regulations
  • Review and address regulatory comments and assist with project redesigns as needed
  • Support the preparation of stormwater management reports and construction submittals
  • Participate in professional and technical training through Bohler’s Learning & Development programs
  • Attend site visits to observe field conditions and coordinate with project teams
  • Engage in civic, professional, and business organizations to build your network
  • Perform other responsibilities in accordance with company policies and standards

What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
