Qualified candidates must be able to commute to either the Cleveland Service Center or the New York Home Office three days per week. The ideal candidate will reside within 50 miles of one of these locations.

The expected work schedule is:

Role Overview: 

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning & Development professional to join our team as a Senior Associate (PF3). This role is responsible for delivering impactful learning experiences and designing modern training solutions that drive measurable performance outcomes.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong expertise in facilitation, instructional design, and learning technology, with the ability to create engaging, interactive learning experiences across in-person, virtual, and digital environments. This role also plays a key part in advancing learning through the use of innovative tools, including AI-enabled solutions, hands on labs, and ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of knowledge content.

What You'll Do: 

Facilitation & Delivery

Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual training programs for diverse audiences

Deliver complex topics in a clear, structured, and learner-focused manner

Foster an interactive learning environment that promotes participation and knowledge retention

Design and maintain instructional facilitator guidebooks

Provide post-training support and reinforcement to support application of learning

Learning Design & Development

Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning solutions aligned to business needs

Conduct needs analysis to identify performance gaps and recommend appropriate learning strategies

Develop interactive, learner-centered content using a variety of instructional methods

Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning solutions

Innovation & Learning Technology

Knowledge Management

What You'll Bring: 

Bachelor's degree preferred

Must be FINRA licensed with a Series 6 or 7

Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning & development, training delivery, or instructional design

Strong facilitation skills in both in-person and virtual environments

Experience designing eLearning using tools such as Sana, Colossyan, or similar

Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies

Experience in knowledge management or content development

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies, including AI-enabled tools

Familiarity with learning evaluation methods and performance measurement

Experience working across multiple business lines or complex fast paced environments

Pay Transparency

Salary Range: $73,000-$104,000 

Overtime eligible: Exempt

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
