Job Description

We are seeking a Global learning design & development expert to join our global Learning & Development team. In this role, you will focus on the design and development of scalable learning and development solutions that support business priorities and associate development across regions. You will work closely with the Global Leadership, Learning and Culture Leader to translate organizational needs into structured learning solutions, leadership development journeys, and career development frameworks that can be scaled and adapted to diverse cultural contexts. This role focuses primarily on the design of learning and development solutions, rather than on training delivery. You will contribute to building structured, scalable development initiatives while enabling local teams and facilitators to deploy them effectively across regions.

Key responsabilities

Learning solution design

  • Design and develop scalable global learning solutions, with a strong focus on leadership development.
  • Apply learning experience design and behavioural science principles to create engaging and effective development journeys.

Career development

  • Design structured career development frameworks and translate them into concrete pathways and development journeys.

Performance needs analysis

  • Conduct performance needs analyses to identify development priorities.
  • Translate insights from stakeholders and business needs into high-impact learning and development solutions.

Data & impact measurement

  • Define approaches to evaluate learning effectiveness and business impact.
  • Use feedback and analytics to continuously improve learning solutions and development frameworks.

Project & program management

  • Manage end-to-end learning initiatives from design to global deployment, engaging relevant stakeholders throughout the process.
  • Coordinate with local stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of global initiatives.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.

Experience

  • Mora than 7 years of experience in Learning & Development, ideally in global or international environments.
  • Proven experience designing leadership development programs, learning journeys, and career development frameworks.
  • Experience designing scalable learning solutions across multiple regions.

Languages

  • Fluency in English and Spanish required. Other languages are a plus.
