We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Pre-K Assistant Teachers. In this role, you will support our mission of fostering a nurturing, engaging, and play-based learning environment that encourages children to become confident, lifelong learners.
Our team is committed to providing a safe, supportive, and stimulating atmosphere where children can grow intellectually, socially, emotionally, and physically. We are looking for candidates who share our passion for early childhood education and child development.
Position: Pre-K Assistant Teacher
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Lead Teachers in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that promote overall child development
  • Support classroom management and maintain a structured, engaging learning environment
  • Help prepare children for kindergarten by introducing early educational concepts through play-based learning
  • Assist with daily routines, including meals, rest time, and classroom transitions
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, and team members
  • Maintain open communication with parents using the classroom management system
  • Follow all center policies, safety guidelines, and licensing requirements

Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Experience in childcare or early education (preferred)

Compensation
$14.00 - $15.00 per hour, based on location, education, and experience
