We're building scalable people programs that support our teams and fuel continued growth.The OpportunityOtter Learning is seeking a Director of Subsidy & Revenue Programs to oversee government-funded revenue programs, subsidy administration, tuition billing optimization, and compliance across our school network. This strategic leadership role will partner closely with Operations, Finance, and School Leadership to maximize funding opportunities, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve revenue performance.What You'll Do- Oversee administration and billing for childcare subsidies, state-funded Pre-K programs, food reimbursement programs, and other government funding initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local program requirements.
- Monitor and optimize subsidy revenue, enrollment, and billing processes.
- Manage relationships with state agencies and stay current on regulatory changes.
- Analyze revenue and enrollment data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead audit preparation and maintain program documentation.
- Develop reporting tools, dashboards, and standardized processes.
- Hire, coach, and support subsidy program team members.
- Research and pursue new funding, grant, and revenue opportunities.
What You Bring- 5+ years of experience in childcare subsidy administration, government-funded programs, early childhood education operations, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of subsidy programs, Pre-K funding, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with childcare management systems such as ProCare, brightwheel, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and support a multi-state operation.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
