What You'll Do

As our Learning & Development Coordinator, you'll be the organizational engine that helps ensure training programs run smoothly from start to finish.

Training & Event Coordination

  • Coordinate training schedules, invitations, enrollment, and participant communications
  • Prepare training materials, technology, rooms, and resources
  • Support trainers, facilitators, and vendors before, during, and after training events
  • Manage attendance tracking, certificates, surveys, and evaluations

Learning Management System (LMS) Administration

  • Maintain accurate training records and learner data
  • Upload and manage training content and course materials
  • Monitor approvals, waitlists, registrations, and training requests
  • Generate reports related to attendance, compliance, completion rates, and learner satisfaction

Learner & Stakeholder Support

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for training-related questions
  • Provide support to learners, supervisors, and trainers
  • Troubleshoot basic training access and participation issues
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-up regarding training activities

Workforce Development & Engagement

  • Assist with mentorship programs, cohort learning experiences, and workforce development initiatives
  • Support learning event promotions and internal communications
  • Help maintain learning-related content on websites, portals, and intranet pages
  • Track engagement and gather feedback to support continuous improvement

Administrative & Financial Support

  • Coordinate vendors, venues, and training logistics
  • Track expenses, process invoices, and maintain documentation for audit purposes
  • Support budget reporting and maintain financial records related to training activities
