Responsibilities: This position is located in Columbia, MO. This person will manage the daily maintenance and usage of the LMS. The Training Specialist will upload new and updated training for maximum platform utilization. This role is responsible for the overall promotion of the LMS. The Training Specialist will also run regular reports and updates on overall platform usage. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policy.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in daily management and troubleshooting of the learning management system
  • Create hybrid curriculum to include both Instructor-Led and Online Training
  • Develop creative ways to partner with other divisions to maximize the online learning platform
  • Learn and present on materials related to professional development and leadership
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop engaging curricula for their training
  • Act as the point of contact for coordinating HR training events (technical support, catering, room reservations, platform set-up)
  • Collaborate on in-person trainings with the Talent and Development Manager
