Job description

I'm Frédérique, Recruitment Consultant at Fed ManuTech, and I'm currently looking for a Maintenance Planner to join a well-established manufacturing company. If you're someone who enjoys structuring operations, working closely with technical teams, and ensuring equipment reliability, this is the role for you!

Mission

Your Role:
Reporting to the Director of Maintenance and Engineering, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance activities. You’ll optimize resource use, ensure equipment reliability, and support production goals in line with safety, quality, and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting and purchasing systems: creating purchase orders, resolving billing issues
- Inventory: monitoring stock, replenishing supplies, removing obsolete items, producing reports
- Planning and analysis: asset management, maintenance planning, creating work orders, administrative tasks, SQF compliance
- Autonomous maintenance and continuous improvement: TPM implementation, KPI tracking, team coaching, tool development and training, sharing best practices

Your profile

Your Profile:
- College diploma in industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in maintenance planning within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of CMMS systems
- Proficient with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Knowledge of mechanics, electricity, and automation (an asset)
- Familiar with GMP and HACCP standards
- Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset
- Highly organized, rigorous, autonomous and team-oriented
- Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
Working Conditions:
- Permanent full-time position - day shift (7 AM to 4 PM)
- Salary: between $75,000 and $85,000 depending on experience + performance bonus plan
