We are looking for a hands-on SEM Specialist to help execute and optimize paid search campaigns that drive high-intent traffic and measurable revenue. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly in Google Ads, testing ideas, analyzing performance, and learning how search impacts the business.

You'll focus on execution, experimentation, and continuous optimization, while working closely with senior team members on larger strategy and growth initiatives.

What you'll do
  • Manage and maintain keyword lists, match types, and search terms
  • Build and run ad copy experiments to improve CTR and relevance
  • Support landing page experiments to improve conversion rate
  • Analyze Google Ads performance to identify optimization opportunities
  • Add and maintain negative keywords to reduce wasted spend
  • Monitor performance by device, region, and query
  • Assist with bid adjustments and budget pacing
  • Validate conversion tracking and flag data or tagging issues
