The LDP is designed to accelerate the development and career of highly-motivated recent college graduates, or existing BAE Systems employees who've just started their own professional journey, who aspire to achieve their leadership potential. This is accomplished through challenging and rewarding rotational assignments, technical and leadership training, advanced education, leadership opportunities and exposure, and mentorship. You'll hit the ground running with a company truly committed to your growth as you enjoy a special camaraderie on a team dedicated to protecting what really matters. BAE Systems is actively recruiting for our Contracts Leadership Development Program (CLDP). Rotations will start in June 2027. Our mission is to cultivate professionals within the Contracts Management organization who are 'action oriented', will lead effective change, and promote innovation within BAE Systems. The program is 36 month, entry-level, "career launch" program designed to build a strong business skills foundation for a successful career in Contracts. As a CLDP participant, you will gain: Experience: CLDP is a 36-month program, consisting of three, 12-month rotations. It is designed to provide a diverse set of experiences through challenging rotational assignments, contracts management training programs, advanced education, leadership development, and mentorship. Rotations correlate with major DoD program lifecycle phases, including R&D, EMD, Production and Sustainment, as well as Commercial and Contract Operations options. Each rotation will expose a Participant to a different business area, facility and manager, to the extent practicable. Job Rotation Travel: As part of ensuring variety in experience and cultures across our BAE Systems sites, we are emphasizing a minimum of two (2) different geographic locations during your 3 rotations. This mobility is defined as moving away from your first rotational site, which will count towards one (1) geographic location. Remote based roles will not count towards this mobility requirement. Based on business needs, we may have opportunities for a rotation to:

Full-Time Salary Range: $56401 - $95881 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
