In this role, you will build a strong bench of certified trainers, roll out standardized learning plans, and support new site startups, system conversions, and strategic projects. This role requires travel between locations to onboard staff, stabilize performance, and audit compliance.

    • Culture: You’ll work with a team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
    • Impact: Every day presents new opportunities to grow, lead, and make an impact.
    • Salary: Your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. We anticipate this role to pay a minimum base salary of $69,352 per year, but actual base pay will depend on the successful candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
    • Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule to support deadlines or cross-functional collaboration; typically your schedule will be 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
    • Location: This position works a hybrid schedule out of one of our Logistics Centers and would be expected to be in person 4 days a week and 1 day remote.
    What You'll Do:
You will spend your time in a hybrid environment—balancing office tasks with active, hands-on leadership directly on the warehouse floor.
    • Network Development: Grow and maintain the internal trainer network to ensure backup coverage at every logistics site.
    • Train-the-Trainer: Conduct workshops to set consistent standards for classroom and on-the-job training, certifying and coaching site-based trainers.
    • Startup & Conversion Support: Plan and execute end-to-end training for new startups, WMS system conversions, and key strategic projects.
    • Onboarding & Competency: Run and audit onboarding plans, training all warehouse roles with a focus on verified competency in safety, accuracy, and productivity.
    • Performance Observation: Implement formal observations to measure employee proficiency against SOPs and coach site leaders on driving behavioral change.
    • Data-Driven Solutions: Partner with HR and Operations to analyze performance data, diagnose training gaps, and launch targeted fixes.
    • Compliance Auditing: Conduct comprehensive training and compliance audits at each site at least once per year, delivering detailed reports to Site General Managers.
    • Content Management: Keep all SOPs, digital learning tools, and physical training materials current, functional, and accessible.
What You Bring to the Table:
    • Experience: 3–5 years in operations training, warehouse leadership, or multi-site learning & development.
    • WMS Expertise: Hands-on proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), including direct experience leading training during system conversions.
    • Coaching & Delivery: A clear, constructive coaching style with the proven ability to lead diverse training sessions and adjust delivery to the audience's pace.
    • Analytical Skills: Strong use of performance data to pinpoint root causes of training gaps.
    • Flexibility & Travel: Comfort shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment and availability for up to 75% local travel across the assigned region.
    • Interpersonal Savvy: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence site leadership and work seamlessly across functions.
    • Physical Capability: Ability to wear required PPE (steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, high-visibility vests) and work on-site within warehouse environments containing varying temperatures, loud noises, concrete floors, and industrial vehicle traffic.
    What's In It for You:
    • Regional Impact: Drive the standardization of learning and operational excellence across multiple facilities.
    • Stable Career: This is a Salary, Exempt corporate role within our Learning & Development division.
    • Inclusive Environment: Join an Equal Opportunity Employer that relies on diverse skills, backgrounds, and perspectives to drive innovation and growth.
    • Supportive Culture: We are fully committed to providing reasonable accommodations to ensure all employees can perform their essential functions successfully.
