Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements and promoting a healthy work-life balance. Our team interacts primarily through virtual platforms, supporting effective communication and therapy delivery. You will work Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring consistent availability for your clients while reaping the benefits of remote employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand the mental health needs of clients, forming the basis for effective therapy.
  • Provide individual and couples therapy using evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique situation.
  • Document client interactions and treatment plans promptly, within a 24-hour timeframe to ensure continuity and quality of care.
  • Design and implement effective treatment plans that are regularly reviewed and adjusted based on progress.
  • Join peer consultations to exchange insights about client care, contributing to a culture of shared knowledge and responsibility.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, utilizing our secure cloud-based systems for efficient access and management.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with adult clients and couples facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Our approach is client-centered, focusing on building strong therapeutic relationships that foster trust and openness, essential for effective healing and personal growth.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field is required.
  • A valid independent license, such as LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or LCPC, is essential to practice in this capacity.
  • Proficiency in utilizing virtual platforms for client sessions and documentation is required, as our practice revolves around telehealth.
Preferred Experience
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, including individual and couples therapy.
