Baer is looking for SuccessFactors Learning Advisor for a 3+ month project located in Houston, TX.
Title: SuccessFactors Learning Advisor
Location: Onsite - Houston, TX (Mon-Thur)
Duration: 3 months
Rate: All-Inclusive
Alignment: W2 or C2C
Overview
We are seeking a SuccessFactors Learning Advisor with deep expertise in the SAP SuccessFactors Learning module. This is a client-side advisory role supporting the HR Operations Lead during a SuccessFactors initiative.
Description
  • Serve as the SuccessFactors Learning advisor to the HR Operations Lead.
  • Provide functional expertise and guidance on the SuccessFactors Learning module.
  • Work closely with HR Operations and project stakeholders to support implementation and optimization efforts.
  • Help validate business requirements, review configurations, and support testing and deployment activities.
  • Provide recommendations based on best practices for the Learning module.

Requirements:
  • Strong experience with the SAP SuccessFactors Learning module.
  • Experience in a client-side advisory or functional consultant role.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must be based in the Houston area and available to work onsite Monday through Thursday.
