Position Summary

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Account Executives to join our growing team. This is a high-energy, phone-based sales role offering uncapped earning potential. With training and mentorship from top industry leaders, you’ll engage with warm leads generated by our national TV, radio, and online advertising campaigns, build trusted client relationships, and help individuals protect and grow their wealth through precious metals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with high-quality leads generated through national marketing campaigns.

• Make 100–150+ outbound calls daily to connect with prospective clients.

• Qualify prospects, manage a pipeline, and follow up to consistently close deals.

• Present and sell a wide variety of precious metals products tailored to client needs.

• Stay up-to-date on financial markets, economic trends, and precious metals news to position Lear Capital products effectively.

• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and integrity.

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience (phone-based sales or telemarketing preferred).

• Proven experience with high-volume outbound calls and customer engagement.

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Strong communication skills paired with an enthusiastic, result-oriented personality.

• Highly motivated, competitive, and eager to grow professionally and financially.

• Quick learner with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Background in commodities, or financial services a plus.

• Fast thinker with the ability to respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries.
