DoD SkillBridge Internship: Senior Government Relations Analyst SkillBridge Host Company: LEAP SkillBridge Provider: Vets2PM LLC Location: Broomfield, CO (Hybrid - primarily onsite) Applicants must be active-duty U.S. Military Members who qualify for the DoD SkillBridge Program. Program: DoD SkillBridge Internship (90-180 days) with potential full-time conversion About LEAP LEAP is a dual-use space logistics company building the vehicles, infrastructure, and technologies to move goods anywhere on Earth or in orbit in minutes. We operate at the intersection of aerospace and advanced manufacturing, developing scalable rapid-launch systems for both commercial and defense missions. We operate with a builder mindset focused on ownership, speed, and disciplined execution.

Position Overview Support engagement with DoD and Congressional stakeholders while tracking funding pathways and policy developments. This is similar to headquarters staff or legislative support roles. Military Backgrounds that translate well: Legislative Affairs Service HQ Staff Strategic Planner Policy Officer Public Affairs Officer Plans Officer Basic Qualifications Active duty within 180 days of separation Relevant leadership or operational experience Strong communication skills U.S

Person status required Why LEAP LEAP offers transitioning service members the opportunity to immediately contribute to meaningful programs. SkillBridge participants work directly with leadership, gain exposure to aerospace and defense growth strategy, and build experience that translates into long-term industry careers. This SkillBridge role is intended as a pipeline for potential full-time employment but does not guarantee conversion.

Compensation (If hired after the internship) Salary Range: $105,000 - $125,000 The estimated salary range for this role reflects various compensation factors. The final offer depends on factors such as work experience, education, training, key skills, and business needs. In addition, LEAP provides a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, which includes: Equity Program:Equity plan participation is available to all employees following an initial 90-day employment period and is performance-based.

Equity allocations are determined on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Managers may make recommendations based on individual and team performance. All equity grants are subject to executive review and approval in accordance with the Company's equity plan.
