Chick-fil-A Back of House Team Member

At Chick-fil-A Black Lake, Back of House Team Members work in our Kitchen in various roles in order to serve our guest cravable food, quickly, in a clean and safe environment.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities

  • Delivering crave-able food, in a timely manner, that meets or exceeds Chick-fil-A Quality Requirements
  • Maintaining a LEAN production environment
  • Maintain clean working environment
  • Maintain strict adherence to Food Safety procedures
  • Follow procedures to ensure Operational Excellence

Back of House Team Member Requirements

  • Capable of working on your feet for 6-10 hours
  • Able to lift and manipulate at least 30 pounds overhead
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Possess strong verbal interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills

Part-Time and Full-Time positions available.Must be available to work Saturdays.
