Full-Time or Part Time PM Bar Staff — Clearwater Location
The Muddy Root Kava Cafe

The Muddy Root Kava Cafe is looking for a motivated, dependable individual with open availability to join our team full-time behind the bar at our Clearwater location.

We are a unique blend of premium coffee shop and kava bar, offering a laid-back, social atmosphere where great service and genuine conversation are a big part of the experience. This position offers competitive pay plus tips, with strong earning potential for the right person.

Responsibilities include:

Serving coffee, tea, kava, and other beverages in a fast-paced, friendly environment

Engaging with guests and helping create a welcoming, social atmosphere

Operating the cash register and handling cash movements accurately

Maintaining cleanliness behind the bar and throughout the café

Receiving, organizing, and putting away inventory deliveries

Following daily procedures and helping keep operations running smoothly

We are looking for someone who is:

Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with customers

Reliable, punctual, and available to work a full-time schedule

Able to stay organized and work efficiently during busy periods
