Chick-fil-A, Tyrone Blvd - Back of House Leader

We’re seeking reliable and experienced leaders to drive excellence in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead shifts and support kitchen team members
  • Ensure food quality, speed, and safety standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Train and coach team members

What We’re Looking For:

  • Dependable and punctual
  • Strong communicator and team player
  • Comfortable in a high-volume environment
  • Takes initiative and leads by example

Requirements:

  • MUST be 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma required, college or culinary degrees preferred
  • Minimum two (2) years experience leading in a high volume kitchen
  • Working knowledge of labor and productivity management
  • Working knowledge of food cost, LEAN principles and waste tracking
  • Working knowledge of food safety principles
  • ServSafe Manager Certification, preferred
  • Ability to work in freezer and cooler environments
  • Ability to properly use and work from a ladder
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to properly lift and manage 40 pounds at shoulder height
