Job Overview:
  • Responsible for leading and managing multiple cross-functional programs and projects while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and strategic goals. 
  • The role involves Agile leadership, business case development, stakeholder engagement, executive communication, risk management, and collaboration across business and technology teams to ensure successful program delivery.

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Strong experience managing multiple projects and programs simultaneously.
  • Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong Agile and Scrum leadership experience.
  • Experience developing business cases, financial analysis, and ROI assessments.
  • Ability to create and deliver executive-level presentations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong risk management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams.

Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in Program or Project Management.
  • 3+ years of experience in Agile or Scrum roles such as Scrum Master or Agile Lead.
  • Experience delivering enterprise-scale programs.
  • Experience facilitating executive reviews and steering committee discussions.
  • Experience with portfolio management and governance frameworks preferred.
  • Experience working in hospitality, travel, or vacation ownership industries preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously.
  • Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Drive execution across technology, business, and external partner teams.
  • Monitor program performance and ensure milestones, budgets, and quality targets are achieved.
  • Provide proactive issue resolution and risk management.
  • Serve as Scrum Manager or Scrum Master for Agile teams.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Coach teams on Agile principles and continuous improvement practices.
  • Remove impediments and maintain team productivity and efficiency.
  • Partner with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs and align with business goals.
  • Promote transparency using Agile tools and reporting dashboards.
  • Develop business cases including cost-benefit analysis, ROI, and risk assessments.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable program roadmaps and delivery plans.
  • Support portfolio planning and prioritization activities.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.
  • Facilitate executive reviews, steering committees, and decision-making forums.
  • Build strong relationships across business units, IT teams, and leadership groups.
  • Mentor team members on Agile and program management best practices.

Should Have:

  • PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, CSM, or SAFe certification.
  • Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira.
