Job description

We are seeking a highly organized, results-driven Program Manager to lead end-to-end technology initiatives from initial design through post-launch support. In this role, you will act as the connective tissue between cross-functional teams, ensuring complex projects stay on track, within budget, and aligned with our strategic business objectives.
The ideal candidate possesses a rare blend of technical fluency, executive presence, and meticulous attention to detail. You should be comfortable navigating fast-paced environments, driving accountability across diverse teams, and translating complex data into actionable insights for leadership.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Delivery: Manage the full lifecycle of technology programs, including design, development, testing, and global deployment.
Stakeholder Leadership: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners and executives; facilitate clear communication and drive cross-functional alignment.
Operational Excellence: Maintain rigorous project documentation, including detailed meeting notes, follow-up actions, and comprehensive project schedules.
Performance Accountability: Monitor project health, manage large-scale budgets, and hold teams accountable for deadlines and deliverables.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify risks and bottlenecks, developing creative solutions to keep programs moving forward under pressure.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (or 4 years of equivalent experience) in Project Management, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in end-to-end technology Program/Project Management.
Proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive leadership.
Preferred Skills:
Experience managing global teams across multiple time zones and competing priorities.
Familiarity with JIRA and Microsoft 365 environments.
Active PMP, PgMP, or CSM certifications.
