What is a Leader in Me?

A Leader In Me job typically refers to positions within schools or organizations that implement the Leader in Me program, which is based on Stephen Covey's 'The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.' These roles often focus on teaching leadership principles, fostering a culture of personal responsibility, and helping students develop social-emotional and life skills. Positions can include Leader in Me coordinators, teachers, or administrators who integrate the program into school curricula and culture. The goal is to empower students and staff to become proactive, goal-oriented leaders both academically and personally.

Certain roles - such as field-based sales or other remote-by-design positions - may have different work arrangements as noted in their individual postings.

Role Overview
The Head of Integrated Partnerships Marketing will own the strategy and execution of campaigns that grow ID.me's brand presence and deepen trust and usage with consumers, enterprise partners, and government stakeholders. You will partner cross-functionally with Product, Communications, Design, and Sales, and be responsible for ensuring that every campaign tells a cohesive, compelling story across paid, owned, and earned channels supporting brand awareness, product usage, and revenue growth.
This is a high-impact leadership role for a builder who thrives at the intersection of brand storytelling, data-driven performance, and category-defining moments. The ideal candidate understands how to market a trust-based product to a diverse audience, from military veterans and first responders to enterprise buyers and federal agencies, while maintaining a consistent, human brand voice.
What You'll Do
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns from creative brief through post-campaign analysis, coordinating across brand, demand gen, content, and partner teams.
  • Lead all IRL and cultural activations for IDme brand supporting transaction growth for veterans, students, teachers, first responder and future audience priorities
  • Drive product integration opportunities within sports, entertainment, fashion, and cultural moments - driving brand awareness growth for IDme and transaction revenue
  • Partner with the CMO and executive team to shape thought leadership platforms and category-defining narratives around digital identity, fraud prevention, and trusted access.
  • Drive IDme brand and influencer partnership portfolio strategy supporting product, sales, and corporate KPIs. Lead brand partnerships end to end from sourcing, negotiation, and account management
  • Source, Manage and manage all supporting agencies and third party agencies supporting campaign activation
  • Drive integrated marketing measurement strategy frameworks validating investment and accountability to CEO, CMO, and senior management.
What You Bring
  • 10+ years of partnerships, brand, consumer marketing leadership experience, including brand partnership deals, activations, and culture activations. Experience leading agency relationships and driving buy-in with senior leadership
  • Proven track record leading brand in a B2B2C or multi-audience context, you know how to speak simultaneously to enterprise buyers and everyday consumers without losing coherence.
  • Experience managing brand partnerships in a trust-sensitive or regulated environment (government, healthcare, fintech, or cybersecurity strongly preferred).
  • Strong creative direction skills, you can brief agencies, give sharp feedback, and hold a high creative bar without micromanaging execution.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity; this is a role where you'll be building foundational systems, not inheriting a mature brand playbook.
  • Passion for the mission: digital equity, security, and making identity verification accessible to all Americans, including those who are underserved by technology.

The annual base salary listed does not include a company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity and benefits which will be determined based on experience, skills, education, relevant training, geographic location and role.
ID.me offers comprehensive medical, dental, vision, health savings account, flexible spending accounts (medical, limited purpose, dependent care, commuter benefit accounts), basic and voluntary life and AD&D insurance, 401(k) with company match, parental leave, ability to participate in unlimited paid time off subject to the terms and conditions of the PTO policy, including 8 company wide holidays, short and long-term disability insurance, accident and critical illness insurance, referral bonus policy, employee assistance program, pet insurance, travel assistant program, wellbeing and childcare discounts, benefit advocates, and a learning and development benefit.
