Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, high-performance Sales Director & Team Lead to drive Flexcompute's enterprise adoption of Tidy3D. This dual role includes carrying a personal quota focused on named strategic EM/photonics/RF accounts, while also leading and developing a high-impact sales team.

Requirements
• Own a personal quota tied to named strategic enterprise EM/photonics/RF accounts.
• Lead full-cycle enterprise sales from discovery through close.
• Build deep relationships with senior engineering leadership.
• Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives.
• Establish a data-driven sales culture using KPIs and analytics.
• Own the EM-specific GTM strategy for Tidy3D.
• Deliver compelling technical-business value propositions for Tidy3D.
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 10+ years enterprise SaaS/technology/EDA/CAE sales.
• Proven success closing large EM, photonics, RF, or semiconductor enterprise deals.
• 3-6 years leading or mentoring quota-carrying teams.
• Strong understanding of EM simulation concepts.
• Highly data-driven with strong forecasting and KPI discipline.
• Exceptional communicator with both technical and C-suite audiences.
