NAVA Software solutions is looking for a Virtualization Engineer
Details
Virtualization Engineer
Location: Remote Project
Duration: 12 months
Role:
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain VMware infrastructure.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in troubleshooting all issues related to the VMware server infrastructure.
  • Plan and manage workloads, projects, and other administrative tasks associated with the VMware Server team.
  • Manage the administrative and design tasks for the virtualized server infrastructure
  • Lead virtualization architecture activities for new product and technology initiatives, including architecture of applications, integration, data, infrastructure, and security, while ensuring alignment with the Architecture Roadmap with business objectives.

Required
  • 8-10 years' experience minimum.
  • Min one year of experience in developing PowerShell scripts.
  • Knowledge of HCI - Hyper Converged Infrastructure
  • Knowledge of clustering
  • Knowledge of VXRail, VSAN etc.
  • Experience with VDI ex: Horizon View
  • Strong Virtualization knowledge
  • Must be able to work both collaboratively and independently and take initiative to identify, track, and resolve issues
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2012 or higher
  • Demonstrated experience with VMware ESXi, vCenter, and associated tools.
  • Good Knowledge on Agile/Scrum methodologies
