Summary: In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable digital collaboration solutions that enhance client engagement, streamline operations and enable enterprise-wide insights. This role combines platform engineering, data integration and analytics to unify engagement signals across systems and deliver actionable intelligence. You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions while providing leadership, mentorship and governance to ensure high-quality, sustainable outcomes aligned with organizational priorities.

Responsibilities: Develops, supports and communicates key digital collaboration offerings (metrics, trends, insights, opportunities and risks) via reports and dashboards, working with staff across Member Networks and the enterprise to better understand engagement, satisfaction, value, and other relevant CRM data and KPIs. Designs, develops and implements scalable platform solutions, including automation of group lifecycle management, data integrations and release orchestration across systems. Builds scalable enablement solutions, including in-platform guidance and automated workflows, to improve adoption of digital tools.

Defines and engineers data models, reporting frameworks and integrated analytics solutions that unify engagement signals across digital collaboration platforms and enable real-time, data driven decision making. Leads technical scoping and solution architecture of platform enhancements, translating business needs into scalable system designs and partnering with related departments on execution. Serves as a technical subject matter expert on platform architecture, integrations and system capabilities, advising on best practices and identifying opportunities to improve performance, scalability and user experience.

Provides technical leadership and mentorship to team members, establishing and enforcing standards, reviewing solutions and ensuring delivery meets quality and architectural expectations. Qualifications: Relevant degree preferred. 7+ years of relevant work experience required (software engineering, platform engineering, technical solution design or digital collaboration platforms) Experience designing and implementing scalable digital collaboration and system solutions, including platform configuration, automation and workflow design Experience designing and supporting data integration and APIs across digital collaboration platforms and enterprise systems (CRM, event platforms, community platforms, analytics tools) Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and scalable solutions Experience with data modeling, reporting frameworks and analytics solutions Experience establishing and maintaining technical standards, governance and best practices Experience designing and supporting digital collaboration and client engagement platforms Experience with Hivebrite, Higher Logic, Salesforce Experience Cloud or similar digital collaboration tools a plus Experience with Excel, Power BI or similar data visualization and analytics tools preferred.

Experience leading data migration, validation and QA processes Previous experience in the healthcare industry and/or large, member-centric organizations preferred. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $117,600.00 to $206,000.00. This position is also incentive eligible
