Job description

Top Shelf Security Services is seeking a highly experienced, professional, and strategic Chief Security Agent to lead security operations, supervise field personnel, and ensure the highest standards of safety, protection, and professionalism. This leadership role requires a seasoned security professional with extensive field experience, strong decision-making abilities, and the capability to manage complex security operations.

The Chief Security Agent will oversee security teams, coordinate operational strategies, maintain compliance with all regulations, and ensure exceptional service delivery to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and manage security personnel across multiple assignments and locations.

• Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies, procedures, and operational protocols.

• Conduct risk assessments and create security plans to protect clients, personnel, and assets.

• Monitor daily security operations and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to supervisors and security officers.

• Coordinate emergency response procedures and incident management.

• Conduct internal investigations and prepare detailed incident and activity reports.

• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service expectations are met or exceeded.

• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new security personnel.

• Perform regular site inspections and operational evaluations to ensure quality service.

• Manage scheduling, staffing, and deployment of security teams when necessary.

• Ensure all security personnel maintain proper licensing, certifications, and training.

Minimum Qualifications

• 8–10 years of professional security experience in private security, law enforcement, or military security operations.

• 5–6 years of supervisory or leadership experience managing security teams.

• Strong knowledge of security operations, risk management, and emergency response procedures.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Ability to manage multiple security operations simultaneously.

• Professional demeanor and strong decision-making ability under pressure.

• Proficiency in report writing and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPR / First Aid / AED Certification.
