Lead the Teams Behind Nashville and Auburn's Best Addresses

NFC Amenity Management is the nation's leading luxury amenity and front-desk services provider, and we're hiring an Area Director to own the resident experience across a portfolio of premier

residential buildings in Nashville and Auburn.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves being in the field. You'll move between properties, coach concierge and front-desk teams, build trusted relationships with property managers and boards, and make sure every resident is greeted with the warmth and professionalism our clients expect. If you thrive on autonomy, take pride in a well-run operation, and believe the details are what set a building apart, this is your role.

Who Thrives Here

You work well independently and stay calm in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. You're a natural with people making eye contact, being genuinely welcoming, and setting that tone for every team you lead. You hold your teams to a high standard and give them the training and recognition to hit it.

We're especially interested in two backgrounds:

  • Residential hospitality leaders experience as a concierge, front desk supervisor, or operations manager in luxury residential buildings or comparable hospitality settings.
  • Multi-site residential security leaders if you've overseen security or front-desk operations across multiple residential properties (managing post coverage, staffing, client relationships, and 24/7 service standards), your experience translates directly to this role and makes you an ideal candidate. Residential security management and residential concierge management are two sides of the same operation, and we value that skill set.

What You'll Do
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they're satisfied with the team's performance and overall experience.
  • Monitor concierge and front-desk performance across all properties in your area, and take corrective action when needed.
  • Uphold service and quality standards through ongoing evaluations; promptly investigate and resolve complaints.
  • Lead a proactive HR function hiring, motivating, training, and developing your front-desk and concierge staff.
  • Develop new programs and service improvements that raise resident satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Ensure every location operates in compliance with company policies and applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Recognize and reward team members who meet or exceed client expectations.

What You Bring
  • Experience as a Concierge in a residential building, a comparable hospitality role, or multi-location residential security/front-desk management.
  • 5+ years of operations experience in a supervisory capacity.
  • Multi-unit or multi-property experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, organization, time-management, and listening skills.
  • Comfort interacting with all levels of clients, residents, and management.
  • Computer proficiency (word processing, spreadsheets, and property management systems).
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to drive between properties.

The attributes that make people successful here: front-desk and hospitality experience, an outgoing

personality, teamwork, the ability to multitask, flexibility, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

Benefits & Perks
  • Weekly pay
  • Bonus potential
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage for qualifying employees
  • Generous paid time off
  • Short-term disability income for qualifying employees
  • Cellphone and other reimbursements for applicable positions
  • A long list of employee discounts and benefits
  • State-required healthcare benefits for qualifying employees in applicable areas
