Position Summary
We are seeking a professional and motivated 2nd Shift Lead Residential Concierge to join our team. This position is responsible for leading the concierge team at a residential property, serving as the face of the lobby, and acting as the right-hand support to the client and leasing team. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team, managing front desk operations, and providing exceptional service to residents and guests. A strong administrative skill set is also essential for handling emails, documentation, and daily communication tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and set an example for the concierge team in professionalism, customer service, and performance
  • Greet all residents, guests, and visitors warmly and maintain a welcoming lobby environment
  • Work closely with the client and leasing office to understand daily activities, appointments, and visitor schedules
  • "Own the lobby" by staying informed of who is arriving, expected guests, and client-related appointments
  • Oversee front desk operations including visitor management, access control, and package handling
  • Conduct routine property rounds and respond promptly to safety or security concerns
  • Handle administrative tasks such as emails, logging information, and filing as required
  • Communicate effectively with clients, residents, MFort supervisors, and team members
  • Enforce company policies, site post orders, and standard operating procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned by site management or MFort leadership

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must have a valid Illinois PERC card and 20-hour security training certificate (or ability to obtain)
  • Minimum 2 years of residential concierge or front desk leadership experience
  • Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills
  • Comfortable with administrative tasks including email correspondence and documentation
  • Ability to multitask, remain composed under pressure, and independently manage responsibilities
  • Capable of standing and walking for extended periods
  • Must pass a drug screening and background check

Schedule & Compensation:
  • Shift: Wednesday through Sunday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
  • Pay Rate: $22.50 per hour
