What is a lead receptionist?

Lead receptionists are senior administrative professionals responsible for overseeing the front desk operations in an organization. They manage a team of receptionists, ensure excellent customer service, handle complex inquiries, and coordinate administrative tasks. In addition to greeting visitors and answering phones, lead receptionists often train new staff, schedule shifts, and implement office procedures to keep the front desk running smoothly.

How does a lead receptionist support team coordination and workflow in a busy office environment?

A Lead Receptionist plays a crucial role in managing front desk operations and ensuring smooth communication within the team.
