Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced Lead Receptionist to join our team. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors while providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have prior receptionist experience, preferably within a law firm, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner
  • Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Provide clear and timely status updates to clients and third parties as appropriate
  • Perform administrative tasks, including scanning, copying, faxing, filing, and mailing documents
  • Schedule appointments and conference rooms as needed
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure a clean and professional appearance
  • Assist attorneys, case managers, and staff with general administrative support
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Receptionist, Lead Receptionist, Front Desk Coordinator, or Office Manager required
  • Prior law firm experience is highly preferred; however, candidates with receptionist experience in other professional office settings will also be considered
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, client-focused approach
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable, punctual, and accountable with a strong work ethic
  • Professional demeanor and excellent verbal and written communication skills

Hourly Range: $25.00-$27.00
