Job description

Revolution is hiring Lead Operators to support its Oakdale, MN location. This role is a hands-on position leading stretch-film production line(s). The successful candidate will be involved in the production, product inspection, stocking, packaging, and labeling operations.

  • Work on production line(s) and ensure quality meets customer expectations.
  • Observe the operation of machines and report equipment concerns to the appropriate supervisor to ensure continuous product flow.
  • Perform changeovers on the production lines according to customer orders.
  • Assist with training new employees, operators, and material handlers.
  • Assist production team with cleaning and organization of manufacturing areas.
  • Handle products according to customer specifications and the company's production standards.
  • Ensure a safe and orderly work environment and comply with all established safety guidelines.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Prior production and/or manufacturing experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret measurements using a tape measure.
  • Essential reading and writing skills are required.
  • Team player willing to take on additional responsibility as needed to meet customer orders and expectations.
  • Dependable, fast learner with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work overtime as needed and on short notice.

The salary for this position range starts at $24/HR. In addition, the company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, a retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
