Seeking Medical Technologist and Lead Medical Technologist professionals in Bradenton, FL. Responsible for routine and stat lab testing across Blood Bank, Chemistry, and Hematology, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Lead role includes oversight, troubleshooting, and shift leadership; both require strong clinical judgment and teamwork.

Compensation for Lead Medical Technologist: $32.62 - $48.93 (based on years of experience)


Requirements for Lead Medical Technologist role:

  • Min 3-5 years of experience in a Medical Laboratory
  • 3 or more years of experience and generally scheduled in at least 5 areas of the lab
  • 2 Year/Associate Degree, Science, required
  • 4 Year/Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology preferred
  • State of Florida Medical Technologist License
  • Technical specialty areas: Blood Bank/Immunohematology, Chemistry, Hematology


Shift for Med Tech role: Full-time Nights and Evening (rotating weekends)

Compensation for Medical Technologist: $27 - $37/hr (Based on years of experience)

Requirements for Medical Technologist role:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Medical Technologist in a hospital laboratory is preferred. Blood Bank experience is preferred.
  • Nationally recognized certification as a medical technologist, ASCP preferred
  • Florida State Licensure as a MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIST is required in all areas of Lab preferred, at least 3 areas of the lab is required
  • Associate's degree in medical technology with formal medical technology training. Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
