A Lead Manager is a professional responsible for overseeing the process of capturing, tracking, and nurturing sales leads within an organization. Their main goal is to ensure that potential customers (leads) are properly managed from the initial point of contact through to conversion or sale. Lead Managers often coordinate with marketing and sales teams, utilize CRM software, and develop strategies to improve lead quality and conversion rates. They play a critical role in maximizing sales opportunities and supporting business growth.

How does a lead manager typically collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion?

A Lead Manager plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between sales and marketing by ensuring that high-quality leads are efficiently nurtured and handed off at the right stage. This involves frequent coordination with marketing to refine lead qualification criteria and with sales to track conversion rates and feedback.
