1st Shift Lead Machine Operator needed in Allentown, PA!

PeopleShare is partnered with a well established manufacturing company on their search for a Lead Machine Operator. The ideal candidate will have hands-on machine operator experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently. This position requires a high level of attention to detail to ensure smooth production processes and consistent quality. 
 
Job Details:
  • Schedule:
    • Monday -Friday 6a-2:15pm
  • Pay Rate: $22-26/hr
  • Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
  • Location: Allentown, PA
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and oversee production machinery to ensure efficiency and safety
  • Provide leadership and guidance to production team members
  • Troubleshoot machine issues and resolve production problems promptly
  • Perform routine quality checks to meet company standards
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation as required

Requirements: 
  • Prior machine operator experience (required)
