This highly visible role will maintain a strong pipeline of top talent while building programs that support employee growth, leadership development, and long-term success. • Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs, succession planning opportunities, and long-term workforce strategies.
  • Create and refine recruiting processes, reporting, and talent analytics that support growth, operational excellence, and hiring effectiveness.

Learning, Development, and Organizational Growth

  • Lead Lunovaโ€™s internal training, onboarding, and employee advancement programs.
  • Develop training materials, employee resources, process documentation, and performance frameworks that promote consistency, accountability, and scalability.
  • Coordinate workshops, guest speakers, coaching initiatives, and other learning opportunities that support professional and personal development.
  • Partner with team members across the organization to establish career goals, leadership opportunities, and individual growth plans.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to ownership and leadership on talent strategy and workforce planning.

  • Demonstrated success building proactive recruiting pipelines, attracting high-quality talent, and creating or improving onboarding, training, employee development, or leadership development programs.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to take ownership, challenge the status quo, and move ideas from concept through execution.
  • A proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving, with the ability to wear multiple hats, adapt to changing priorities, and step in wherever needed to drive results.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, and networking skills, with the ability to cultivate partnerships through industry events, professional organizations, universities, and other talent-attraction channels.
  • Established professional networks within the industries Lunova servesโ€”including building services, construction, engineering, HVAC, industrial, professional services, or related industriesโ€”are a plus.
