Essential Functions:
Cloud amp; Infrastructure Engineering
  • Design, deploy, and optimize secure Azure infrastructure solutions.
  • Manage hybrid and cloud-native directory services (AD, Azure AD / Entra ID).
  • Implement IaC using ARM/Bicep/Terraform.
  • Integrate infrastructure into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Apply Azure monitoring, diagnostics, baselines, and performance best practices.
Intune / Modern Endpoint Management
  • Lead Microsoft Intune amp; SCCM/MECM operations.
  • Deploy Autopilot, compliance baselines, secure configurations.
  • Create and manage Windows 11 SOE amp; gold images.
  • Manage patching across cloud amp; on-prem endpoints.
  • Provide Tier 3 mobility and endpoint escalation.
Systems Engineering amp; Operations
  • Document systems, standards, workflows, and architecture diagrams.
  • Lead root-cause analysis amp; improve resiliency.
  • Build automation for provisioning, monitoring, reporting.
  • Maintain compliance, regulatory controls.
Collaboration, Documentation amp; Leadership
  • Mentor engineers and serve as SME.
  • Provide training for technical support amp; logistics teams.
  • Participate in maintenance windows, travel, and on‑call rotation.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5+ years infrastructure engineering or cloud operations experience.
  • Expertise with Azure, Intune/SCCM, Active Directory, Windows Server.
  • Strong PowerShell and automation background.
  • Ability to architect and support large-scale enterprise systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Azure certifications (AZ‑104, AZ‑305, AZ‑800/801).
  • M365, Intune, and security certifications (MS‑102, MD‑102).
  • Experience with Terraform, Bicep, Zero Trust, conditional access.
  • Experience with virtualization, VMware, endpoint security.
