The Lead Hostess at Bond Cocktail Lounge will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire experience. This individual will oversee the smooth operation of the front-of-house, manage reservations, and ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction. The Lead Hostess will work closely with management and the waitstaff to maintain a welcoming, organized, and efficient atmosphere, while also handling administrative responsibilities related to guest services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage reservations and waitlists, ensuring optimal seating flow and minimal wait times.
  • Supervise and train host staff to maintain excellent guest service standards.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth coordination between front-of-house and kitchen staff.
  • Ensure that the lounge's ambiance, cleanliness, and overall environment are always inviting and up to standard.
