We’re looking for a motivated, competitive, and people-focused Sales Team Leader to train and lead a team responsible for generating qualified residential rooftop solar opportunities.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to create energy, hold a team accountable, coach people to improve, and consistently deliver results. You’ll lead from the front while helping your team identify homeowners interested in learning how rooftop solar could lower their energy costs and give them greater control over their electricity.

What You’ll Do

Build & Lead Your Team
Recruit, onboard, train, and develop a team of rooftop solar lead generation representatives. Create a culture built around performance, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Generate Qualified Solar Opportunities
Lead your team in engaging homeowners, identifying potential solar customers, and generating qualified appointments and opportunities for our rooftop solar sales team.

Coach for Performance
Conduct regular training, role-playing, field coaching, and performance reviews. Help team members improve their communication, objection handling, lead quality, and overall results.

Lead From the Front
This isn’t a desk-only management position. You’ll work alongside your team, demonstrate effective prospecting techniques, and set the standard for activity and professionalism.

Own the Numbers
Track individual and team KPIs, including activity, leads generated, appointments set, appointment quality, conversion rates, and overall team production.

Develop Future Leaders
Identify high performers and help develop them into mentors, team leaders, and future sales managers as the organization grows.

What We’re Looking For

Leadership Ability – You know how to motivate people, set expectations, coach performance, and create accountability.

Sales Experience – Previous experience in direct sales, canvassing, appointment setting, lead generation, home improvement, telecom, energy, or solar is strongly preferred.

Results-Oriented – You’re comfortable working toward measurable goals and taking ownership of your team’s performance.

Strong Communicator – You can communicate expectations clearly, coach different personalities, and confidently engage with homeowners.

Self-Motivated – You’re organized, dependable, and capable of managing your time and team without constant supervision.

Adaptable – You’re comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where strategies, markets, and opportunities continue to evolve.
