Job description

As a Business Analytics Lead within PNC's Digital- Retail organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Philadelphia, PA, Cleveland, OH, Columbus, OH, Austin, TX, Dallas, TX or New York, NY.
This is an in-office position, requiring to be in-office five days a week.
This role requires expertise in Adobe Analytics as you will use your strong analytical skills to understand and interpret data, as well as, making adjustments or recommendations based on your findings.
You will be responsible for defining tagging strategy, implementation through our tag management system, developing detailed implementation requirements, writing documentation, testing and training.
Candidates should have experience with both Web SDK and Adobe Experience Platform Mobile SDK implementations. You will then create reports using tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Excel, PowerPoint and Tableau to share key findings and insights.
The ideal candidate will have the following skill sets:
Expert experience with Adobe Analytics is required, experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics is preferred
Experience with Adobe Data Collection Tags (Adobe Launch) and Adobe Experience Platform (schemas, datastreams, datasets) is required
Experience with other Adobe Experience products (such as Target, Audience Manager and RT-CDP) preferred
Excel/Powerpoint; Experience with Tableau, R, Python or other data tools are a plus although candidates should have at least an intermediate level of experience with SQL
Intermediate level of Javascript, HTML and CSS knowledge is required
Experience with tag auditing software, such as ObservePoint, is a plus

  • Leads the analytics processes across multiple functions or business units leveraging an array of complex analytical tools to create data driven solutions. Serves as mentor to more junior employees.
  • Consults with clients and mentors consultants on tool and strategy implementation and monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product / solution development.
  • Determining the optimal analytic approach and supporting development, implementation and enhancements.
  • Assists peers with guidance on analytic approaches related to more complex solutions.
  • Conceptualizing, developing and continuously optimizing analytical solutions for business leadership to enable data driven decision making.
  • Analyze results and make recommendations for key business partners and senior management or communicate conclusions from complex analytical solutions to a wide range of audiences.
