We are seeking a fully licensed LCSW or LMFT to join our team as an independent contractor (1099).
This role is best suited for clinicians who:
- Work well independently
- Maintain consistent productivity
- Complete documentation within required timelines
This position is not designed for associate-level clinicians or those seeking supervision hours.
Core Responsibilities
- Maintain a consistent caseload (20+ clients/week preferred)
- Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy
- Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes within 24–72 hours
- Ensure compliance with Medi-Cal and payer documentation standards
- Deliver evidence-based, client-centered care
Required Qualifications
- Active California LCSW or LMFT license in good standing (required)
- Ability to practice independently without supervision
- Strong documentation and time management skills
- Experience with Medi-Cal populations preferred

We provide hands-on support throughout the credentialing process:
* Assistance with insurance paneling and Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs)
* If already paneled, our office manager will coordinate the transfer of existing panels
* The office manager completes the majority of required paperwork and follow-up
