Frontier Behavioral & Mental Health Clinic is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time capacity. As a remote team member, you’ll have the privilege of working with a flexible schedule that includes some evening and weekend hours to effectively serve our clients. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide coordinated and holistic care. Our digital platforms facilitate seamless communication and documentation, ensuring that you can focus on what matters most—supporting your clients. In your capacity as an LCSW at Frontier, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather insightful information about clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.
• Delivering individual, family, and group therapy using a range of evidence-based treatment modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused interventions.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that include specific goals, interventions, and progress tracking in collaboration with the treatment team.
• Providing crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments, and facilitating safety planning as required, to ensure client safety and well-being.
• Facilitating group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance community support and foster resilience.
• Documentation of clinical notes in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to ethical and legal standards.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse population of clients who may be grappling with various mental health challenges. Your focus will be on understanding their unique backgrounds and tailoring your approach to meet their specific needs. You will work alongside children, adults, seniors, and families, providing the compassionate support necessary for each individual to foster growth and healing.

To be considered for the Licensed Clinical Social Worker position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches with particular emphasis on individualized client care.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, with an ability to build rapport with diverse clients.

While not mandatory, preferred qualifications include:

• A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with crisis intervention strategies and experience in facilitating group therapy sessions.
