• Conduct thorough initial evaluations and ongoing assessments to inform treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Develop and implement effective behavioral strategies aimed at facilitating positive change in clients’ lives and enhancing their coping mechanisms.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic techniques to foster growth and healing.
• Collaborate closely with team members to provide comprehensive care, ensuring continuity and effectiveness in treatment approaches.
• Educate and support families on developmental and therapeutic processes to empower them in their loved ones’ growth and recovery.
• Implement evidence-based interventions, constantly monitoring and adjusting treatment strategies based on client feedback and progress.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, maintaining compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.

You will be working with a diverse population that encompasses individuals from various backgrounds, cultures, and age groups. Our clients face a range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to more complex psychological disorders. Your expertise in approaching treatment through a culturally sensitive lens will be crucial in fostering trust and effective therapeutic relationships.

• A Master's degree in Social Work or a related discipline is required.
• Valid and active California LCSW license.
• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems, enabling efficient documentation and communication.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in virtual communication platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience is required, candidates with three or more years of experience are preferred. Experience with evidence-based practices and specialized training in modalities such as CBT or DBT will be a distinct advantage.
