Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Lompoc, CA


Overview

Our organization in Lompoc is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to conduct patient assessments and progress documentation. This role offers generous pay, full benefits, and a relocation and sign-on bonus.


Position Offers

  • Schedule: Mondayโ€“Friday, 8:00 AMโ€“5:00 PM

  • Competitive pay: $55โ€“65 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial patient assessments upon intake

  • Conduct ongoing monthly patient assessments

  • Complete progress notes on a monthly basis for patients who are clinically unstable

  • Complete progress notes every 3 months for patients who are clinically stable


Qualifications

  • Current California LCSW licensure preferred; candidates with an MSW and Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW) certification will also be considered

  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program

  • Minimum 1 year of experience

  • Additional training or certification in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, or related specialties preferred
