As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), you will be an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, responsible for leading our social services program to meet all legal, organizational, medical, and regulatory standards. You’ll collaborate with a dedicated team of therapists, case managers, and discharge planners to ensure the highest quality care for our patients. This role is essential in shaping treatment plans and ensuring the well-being of those in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Leadership: Provide supervision and oversight for individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring quality and adherence to treatment plans.
  • Team Collaboration: Act as a key member of the multidisciplinary team, participating in chart reviews and contributing to quality assurance efforts.
  • Comprehensive Care: Lead discharge and aftercare planning, provide clinical documentation, and guide clinical staff in effective patient care.
  • Clinical Counseling Services: Offer therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family settings, tailored to the needs of each patient. Maintain a culturally sensitive and patient-centered approach.
  • Ongoing Development: Supervise and approve psychosocial assessments and ensure clinical notes are comprehensive and accurate.


Educational/Experience Requirements/Qualifications/Skills:

  • Required: LCSW license in good standing with the State of Louisiana.
  • Preferred: At least three years of full-time experience in psychiatric care.
