Position Summary

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides clinical assessment, individual and group therapy, case management support, and treatment planning within IOP and PHP levels of care. This role collaborates closely with psychiatrists, therapists, case managers, nursing staff, and external providers to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.

Pay Range: $40$55 per hour (DOE)


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy as clinically indicated
  • Facilitate therapeutic and psychoeducational groups within IOP/PHP settings
  • Provide case management and coordinate community resources
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment team members
  • Support crisis intervention and risk assessment when needed
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in EHR systems
  • Assist with discharge planning and continuity of care
  • Advocate for clients and support engagement in treatment
  • Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards


Qualifications

  • Active California LCSW license required
  • Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) required
  • Experience in behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, or outpatient clinical settings preferred
  • Familiarity with IOP and PHP levels of care strongly preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) preferred
  • Knowledge of community resources and care coordination practices
