Job Description

You will champion collaboration over silos, navigating complex interdependencies across regulatory and fintech workstreams to build unity and shared accountability across business lines.

We are seeking a purpose-driven leader who combines a strong execution mindset with the analytical rigor required to honor our cooperative principles, ensuring compliance, risk management, and responsible fiscal stewardship. The ideal candidate brings hands-on production experience, an ability to meet people where they are, and a talent for communicating progress clearly and transparently. You will listen first, experimenting and adjusting with intention to solve scheduling conflicts, maintain momentum, and elevate project delivery excellence across multiple concurrent programs. If you are a process-oriented, adaptable leader who is ready to roll up your sleeves, one that blends the agile ingenuity of a start-up with the stable, trusted presence of an established financial cooperative-we invite you to help us create a culture built on empathy, belonging, and collective success.
Essential Functions

  • Supervise and coach a team of Project Coordinators, leading with empathy and respect to guide their professional development and workload management. Foster belonging and psychological safety while overseeing core supervisory responsibilities, including time-off approvals, performance evaluations, and supportive feedback. Celebrate differences and intentionally assign roles and responsibilities based on individual strengths, capabilities, and unique perspectives.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of multiple concurrent projects (e. g., digital banking enhancements, regulatory compliance audits, branch integrations) by choosing collaboration and partnership over silos.
  • Model trust and transparency by developing and maintaining a comprehensive project performance database to track milestones, share credit, and measure collective success.
  • Build unity across teams by coordinating cross-LCE intake, workflow, and execution processes, ensuring seamless experiences and efficient resource allocation.
  • Serve as a clear, intentional liaison between LCE leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring promises are kept and critical information is escalated with care.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify, monitor, and report on success measures that define impact by how well we serve our members and each other.
  • Elevate ideas that serve people by implementing automated reporting tools, standardized templates, and streamlined workflows to maximize productivity.
  • Create space to innovate within clear guardrails, using tools to help the team experiment, reflect, and purposefully adjust course when needed.
  • Proactively protect our community and members by identifying early warning indicators and risks within project timelines.
  • Show up and speak up to resolve escalated issues, providing ethical, recommended solutions that ensure all project components remain compliant, organized, and aligned with our commitments.
