A LAX Ramp Agent is responsible for handling baggage, cargo, and mail on and off aircraft at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). They guide planes to and from gates, operate ground service equipment, and ensure that luggage is loaded and unloaded safely and efficiently. Ramp agents also perform safety checks, communicate with flight crews, and work in various weather conditions to keep flights running on time. This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and physical stamina.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a LAX ramp agent?

To thrive as a LAX Ramp Agent, you need a high school diploma or GED, physical stamina, attention to detail, and familiarity with airport safety procedures.
