HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Lax.Com (Universal Lacrosse) powered by Varsity Brands is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service and service customers.
Whether helping a first-time player find their first stick or dialing in the perfect pocket for a seasoned attackman, our associates bring sharp knowledge, high brand standards, and smooth front-end execution to every shift. The result is a shopping experience that feels less like a transaction and more like gearing up for greatness.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out.
  • You will help identify customer needs and answer questions about our products.
  • A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role.
  • Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied.
  • Greet and direct customers.
  • Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing, and after-sales services).
  • Answer customers' questions about specific products/services.
  • Ensure racks are fully stocked.
  • Inform customers about discounts and special offers.
  • Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services.

QUALIFICATIONS

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Lacrosse experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate, or similar role (Preferred but not required).
  • Understanding of the retail sales process.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships.
  • Ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts.
  • High school degree or currently enrolled in High School.
