PAID TRAINING PROVIDED! NO PREVIOUS AIRLINE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!!!


DEPARTMENT: Los Angeles (LAX)

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS NEEDED: Proven customer service skills and Excellent communication skills

  • Self-driven focus on Customer and Client satisfaction

  • Multi - Lingual preferred

  • Demonstrated collaboration skills, caring, positive and happy attitude

  • Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

  • Able to follow a planned roster and follow a work schedule

  • Flexible and able to promote positive attitudes within the team

  • Able to work varied hours  

  • Associate Degree or equivalent preferred


SPECIFIC DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Help improve customer service experience at LAX
  • Project a clear and concise voice and fluent in English.

  • Answer calls and make announcements as requested.
