Location: New Orleans, LA
Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
Compensation: Starting at $16.00/hour

Schedule: Flexible shifts (opening shift 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM, or closing shift 2:00 PM - 9:00 PM), weekends required on rotation

Holy Sheets Laundromat is a locally owned, modern laundromat serving the New Orleans community with a clean, friendly, and reliable laundry experience. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, attention to detail, and a fun, team-oriented work environment.

Job Overview

We’re looking for dependable, friendly team members to join our growing staff. Laundry Attendants handle wash-dry-fold orders, maintain cleanliness, assist customers, and help keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service
  • Wash, dry, fold, and package customer laundry to quality standards
  • Process orders using POS and labeling systems
  • Keep the facility clean and organized (wiping machines, sweeping, mopping, trash removal)
  • Monitor equipment and report maintenance issues
  • Ensure supplies (detergent, bags, etc.) are stocked
  • Follow all safety, hygiene, and company procedures

Qualifications

  • Reliable and punctual — must show up consistently
  • Friendly, professional attitude with good communication skills
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Attention to detail in folding, sorting, and presentation
  • Prior laundry or customer service experience a plus, but not required
  • Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
