Lillington Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking qualified individuals to join our growing team as Laundry Assistants. 

As a Laundry Assistant, you play an essential role in maintaining the comfort, cleanliness, and dignity of our residents by ensuring all linens and personal clothing are clean, fresh, and properly cared for. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality service contribute directly to our mission of providing Care Beyond Compare each and every day. 


What You’ll Do 

  • Handle laundry, linens, and resident clothing as needed to maintain a fresh and hygienic environment 

  • Report any maintenance issues, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards promptly 

  • Follow infection control, safety, and sanitation procedures at all times 

What You Need 

  • Prior laundry or environmental services experience preferred (healthcare setting a plus) 

  • Knowledge of safe handling procedures for linens and cleaning chemicals 

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 

  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or with a team
